During our initial inspection, we identified four cracked tiles that needed replacement. The damage didn’t prevent us from carrying out the service, and we recommended our trusted roofer for the repair work. Due to the heavy moss growth and the shared downpipe system with the neighbour, we opted for manual scraping followed by light pressure washing using a surface cleaner. This approach minimised the amount of moss that ended up on the neighbour’s side. A post-treatment application of biocide then protected the roof for years to come.
